How are you? Do these unsettling times have you feeling completely out of balance–anxious, angry, or depressed. If so, you are not alone. We all experience challenge, hardship, and trauma differently. Knowing your Ayurvedic constitution is foundational for understanding your psyche's responses. That knowledge may also be the most important key for finding balance through uncertainty. In this short workshop, I combine 20 years of experience with Yoga Therapy and my PhD work in Depth Psychology to explain the underlying elements of trauma care.
