FRAMEWORK: Aligned Spine
Deepen your knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and engagement for standing, twisting, back-bending and forward folding āsana with Keri Bergeron, MSPT. This course covers the anatomical considerations of your roots- your legs in standing postures, as well as spinal stability and mobility in back bends, forward folds, and twisting āsana. It explores foundational alignment principles and offers therapeutic approaches to props, manual adjustments, and adaptive practices for a healthy stable axial skeleton. Students will have ample time for hands-on experience.
