About the Class How often amidst the day in and day out of your life is your experience driven by a feeling of disconnect?
In seasons of change and uncertainty it can be so easy to feel disconnected as we and those around us react and work with what is going on in our lives. The antidote to disconnect in these times is to establish a felt sense of grounding; feeling in touch, open, settled, solid, and clear within yourself. If you are grounded you then can go; you can act and move with purpose.
In this practice you will tap into the experience of what it looks like to find your grounding all the while moving towards an empowered place that feels true to you and how you want to show up in the world, despite what may or may not be happening outside of you.
