About the Class
How are you feeling in the midst of this current world cycle?
Have you been inspired to take action, yet find forward momentum difficult to sustain? Accumulated stress, strain, and trauma can effect you in not-so-obvious ways. Sustainability comes from a healthy balance of action and inaction....and contemplation is absolutely necessary for any action to reach its full potential.
This class seeks to titrate between the outward and inward dynamics of action and contemplation as they apply to your ability to process stress and trauma in the world around you...and in your own mind.
Stillness is discovered overtly and covertly. We will "push and pull" with the tools to enact that stillness and find peace within.
Through the titration of movement and energy, you will explore what release and motivation means to you. Gain awareness and perspective so that you may choose aligned action.
