Movement for Healing with Keri Bergeron, MSPT
Keri Bergeron, MSPT provides comprehensive training in applied anatomy while offering immersive practice of verbal cues for alignment, manual adjustments, and considerations for adapting postures to promote optimal structural stability and health.
Keri is a Physical Therapist with over 15 years of experience. She initially fell in love with the physical practice of yoga as a natural adjunct to her extensive study of the body. Since then, she has sought great teachers like Ana Forrest, Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, Andrei Ram, and Janet Stone. These teachers, along with dear friends and deep inquiry have helped her to access her heart, inner strength and softness. She has been teaching for over a decade, hoping to share some of the tremendous benefits she has experienced.
Alignment has become the main principle that guides Keri’s teaching. She believes that proper physical alignment and engagement are essential for safety, stability and space within the body. She believes that this engagement starts on the surface and “trickles inward” to build internal awareness—a deep listening—that helps students move through the world in alignment with their truest Self.

Amy Baker is the founder of Go Your Own Way Coaching. Since 2006 she has been working one on one and with groups to create more mindfulness in their lives and help them align with their purpose. She specializes in supporting individuals who feel unfulfilled with their current careers/life situation and are ready to create their next stage of life that is challenging and purposeful.
Amy's main philosophy with coaching rests in the belief that everyone has the answers and clarity inside. However, when people are trying to make big change on their own, fear can often block that inner wisdom. Through the Core Energy Leadership Methodology she helps you forge a path towards greater fulfillment and joy. Amy has been teaching yoga for almost 2 decades and her classes infuse the sweat of vinyasa, precision of alignment and plenty of space to look within.
Yoga History, Philosophy, & Myth with R.R. Shakti, PhD
Shakti offers a comprehensive approach to the Indian origins of yoga and the fundamentals of Sanskrit texts that have inspired and informed the practice. She also guides a study of the subtle energy body practices of Hatha Yoga, including pranayama, mudras, vayus, bandhas, and mantra.
R.R. Shakti, PhD is a Contemplative Mythologist and Yoga Psychologist who holds a doctoral degree for her work in Mythology and Depth Psychology. Shakti is an international yoga teacher, ritual facilitator, speaker, and writer who presents a Tantrik approach to personal empowerment and social action. Through contemplative story-telling and mind/body practices, she offers a vision of deep peace and radical freedom.

Hosted by Inner Power Yoga® and the Lodge at Vail, this flexible program provides a comprehensive certification course for Yoga Teachers...and an empowerment education program for Yoga Scholars.

Registration is ongoing throughout the year, but space is limited. Students who are seeking certification are required to have maintained a consistent Yoga practice for at least two years. NOVEMBER 13-15 Framework: Aligned Spine Deepen your knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and engagement for standing, twisting, back-bending and forward folding āsana with Keri Bergeron, MSPT. This course covers the anatomical considerations of your roots- your legs in standing postures, as well as spinal stability and mobility in back bends, forward folds, and twisting āsana. It explores foundational alignment principles and offers therapeutic approaches to props, manual adjustments, and adaptive practices for a healthy stable axial skeleton. Students will have ample time for hands-on experience.
DECEMBER 11-13 Yoga History & Meditation Immersion Philosophy of Classical Yoga and Yoga Tantra with R.R. Shakti, PhD This weekend immersion spans through yoga’s historical roots—from the Vedas to the Tantrik texts—with emphasis on the aims, theories, and practices of yoga practice and meditation.
JANUARY 15-17 The Undercurrent: Subtle Body Immersion Part 1 R.R. Shakti guides you to the inner world of the subtle energy body with a comprehensive approach to pranayama practices including vayu, bandha, mudra, and mantra. This weekend includes introductory teachings on chakras, the alchemical roots of Yoga and Kundalini Tantra.
