NADA YOGA | Sanskrit & Sacred Sound
Mantra, Mythology and Yoga Philosophy weave Sanskrit terminology into personal meaning for a deeper practice. This four-part, self-paced course is designed for yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners and inspired mystics. Learn pronunciation of the Sanskrit alphabet and feel its sonic resonance as a meditation of sacred sound. Recognize and write the Devanāgarī script. You will be introduced to the art of combining vowels and consonants to formulate words; and gain the tools to read Sanskrit words like देवनागरी. Throughout the entire series, you will learn sacred chants, along with their transliteration and word-by-word translations to enrich your personal study and practice of Nāda Yoga.
